Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig Sept. 21, 1983) is an acclaimed American actor. Most notably, she was the character Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV show and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace, originally from Worthington from Ohio dropped out of high school in order to move in Los Angeles after her divorced parents. Her first role came to her, as Rachel's Room's main character in 2001, despite having a difficult time financially. Her portrayal of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder, in the television film Murder In Greenwich in 2002 earned her nominations for a Young Artist Award. In 2004, Grace was chosen to play Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost in which she acted as a principal character for the initial two seasons winning an award called the Screen Actors Guild Award shared by the entire cast.
